New Year, New Gear Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. 1. Sponsor The New Year, New Gear Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Kondor Blue LLC (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Panasonic / LUMIX. 2. Eligibility The Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to enter or win. 3. Giveaway Period The Giveaway begins at the time of the official Instagram post and ends at 11:59 PM PST on December 31, 2024. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on January 1, 2025. 4. How to Enter Participants may enter the Giveaway through Instagram by completing the following actions during the Giveaway Period: Follow @kondorblue and @lumix on Instagram Tag three (3) or more filmmaker friends in the comments of the official giveaway post Each valid tag counts as one (1) entry Share the official giveaway post to your Instagram Story for five (5) additional entries There is no limit to the number of entries per person through tagging, provided all entries comply with these Terms. 5. Prizes Grand Prize (1 Winner): One (1) winner will receive the following prize package, valued at approximately $3,000 USD: One (1) LUMIX S1RII Camera One (1) Kondor Blue Camera Cage (compatible model) One (1) Kondor Blue Matte Box One (1) Gerald Undone Dummy Battery Exact models and specifications may vary at Sponsor’s discretion. No substitutions or cash alternatives will be provided. Secondary Prizes: Twenty (20) winners will each receive one (1) $10 Kondor Blue digital gift card, randomly awarded throughout the Giveaway Period via comments on the official giveaway post. 6. Winner Selection & Notification The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be contacted only by the official @kondorblue Instagram account via direct message. ⚠️ Sponsor will never ask for payment, credit card information, or passwords. Any communication from accounts other than @kondorblue should be considered fraudulent. If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. 7. Shipping & Taxes Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs for the Grand Prize. International winners may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are not covered by Sponsor. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt are the sole responsibility of the winner. 8. Publicity By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 9. Release of Liability By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. 10. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Giveaway are final and binding. 11. Privacy Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for administering the Giveaway. 12. Governing Law This Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
