Within 30 days of receiving your order of physical products, you may return or exchange unopened products or opened merchandise in new condition (no signs of use), with its original packaging and accessories for a refund on the product’s purchase price.  Shipping fees are not refundable. 

Free Ground Shipping on Carrier of Kondor Blue's Choice on all orders shipped to addresses within the United States. Multiple orders from the same customer may be combined in one shipment. Free Shipping does not apply to expedited shipments or wholesale orders.
