We are a US-based company with headquarters and warehouses in the Southern California area in the city of Ontario.  You can visit our offices at 2070 S Lynx Place | Ontario, CA 91761. We are open from 8 AM to 6 PM PST from Monday through Friday. We are closed on all major holidays.

Our customer service, quality control and warehouse facilities are located in the United States while our manufacturing factories are located overseas. 

We do not have a physical storefront yet.  However, if you live in the New York or Los Angeles areas, you will find our products on display in several locations.  You will need to contact each location prior to visiting to ensure they can accommodate you.

We ship all over the world!  We offer a number of different shipping carriers from which you can choose at the time of checkout based on your location and your desired shipping speed.   Please note that while we do ship internationally and our shipments include customs documentation, once products have been shipped, you may be required to follow up with your local customs or mail and courier offices.  To facilitate this process, we have included links below for you to locate the office nearest to you.

The U.S. Postal Service® (USPS) handles package delivery up to customs at the destination country, at which point, the host postal service of the destination country handles package delivery to the recipient.

Shipping times vary greatly based on the shipping courier and rate you select and your location.  For expedited shipping options, many display the estimated time of delivery directly from our shopping cart.

Expedited shipments will ship same day when the order is placed before 2PM PST.   Orders placed after 2PM PST will be shipped on the next business day.

 Within the United States, standard, non-expedited shipments to California and the Western United States generally arrive with 1-3 business day.  Shipments to the Central and Eastern United States generally arrive with 3-5 business days.   International orders vary greatly.  Please review the links below for general rules about non-expedited shipping times.

For all orders, we provide tracking numbers for you upon shipment so you can keep tabs on where your order is and when you can expect it to arrive.

Returns | Exchanges | Warranties

Within 30 days of receiving your physical order, you may return or exchange unopened products or opened merchandise in new condition (no signs of use), with its original packaging and accessories for a refund on the product’s purchase price.  Shipping fees are not refundable.  Please contact us to request an RMA and instructions for return and/or exchange. We do not issue refunds for digital/downloadable products.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of Kondor Blue brand products. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Products must be returned to us for evaluation. We will inspect the product at no charge to you. If the Warranty Department determines, in its sole discretion, that the product has a defect in materials or workmanship covered under this Warranty, we will repair or replace within approximately two weeks of inspection. Damages due to improper care or accident may be repaired at a reasonable rate. This Lifetime Warranty lasts for the practical life of the product. Coverage ends if you sell or transfer the product. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping fees not covered.

Yes!  During checkout, you will have the opportunity to select the courier, speed, and preferred method of shipping for your items.  With the exception of custom orders (i.e product engraving) or backordered items, orders placed before 2 PM PST will be processed and shippped same day.
